Ms. Titi            : Good afternoon. Welcome to Datuak Hotel, may I help you?
Ms. Vita          : Good afternoon, is there any available room for today? I’m going to reserve one  rooms for 2 people.
Mrs. Titi          : I will check it. Please wait.
After a while
Ms. Titi            : Yes, there are five rooms that available. Would you like a room with king bed or twin beds?
Ms. Vita          : King bed, please.
Ms. Titi            : All right. Your room will be charged in Rp 1.200.000/night. May I see your ID card, please?
Ms. Vita          : Off course. I want to pay with debit card too. Here are my cards.
Ms. Titi            : All right. Thank you. Your room already serve in 132 on the third floor
Ms. Vita          : Okay, Thank you.
Arrived at the room
Ms. Titi            : Okay, Ms. Everything is complete. May I help you?
Ms. Vita          : No, thanks.
19.00 p.m on telephone
Ms. Vita          : Hello, I want to order, a plate of fried rice, a plate of french fries, a glass of  manggo juices, and Blackout Cake for dessert.
Ms. Titi            : Okay, I will deliver about 45 minutes later.
45 minutes later
The Waiter      *Press the bell* Good Evening.
Ms. Vita          : Yes?
The Waiter      : I’m the waiter. Your foods has been delivered. Thanks for your order. Enjoy it!
Ms. Vita          : Okay, thank you very much.
The Waiter      : You’re welcome
08.00 a.m On the Telephone
Ms. Vita          : Hello, Good Morning. I want to complain about the AC in my room. It doesn’t work well. My room in 132 room.
Ms. Titi            : Okay Ms, Our service team will on the way to your room to check the trouble.
Ms. Vita          : Okay, Thank you. I will wait.
a few hours later Ms. Vita decided to moving the other room
Ms. Vita          : Good afternoon. I’m so sorry, I won’t to stay the night here because of something.
Ms. Titi            : I’m so sorry, what is the reason? If you don’t mind.
Ms. Vita          : For the first, the waiter who deliver food was impolite, the second one the AC doesn’t work well. It doesn’t seem like according to the price for that room.
Ms. Titi            : I represent from Datuak Hotel, I’m so sorry for the mistakes that we have made. For the next day, we promise to improve our services and facilities in Datuak Hotel.
Ms. Vita          : I hope, the incident will not happen again.
Ms. Titi            : Okay, Ms. Thank you and truly deeply sorry for you.
